(2) The multi-stage submersible pump product is a vertical single suction multi suction segmented centrifugal pump. The DLY pump has a suction inlet located at the bottom and vertically downward, and a discharge outlet arranged horizontally at the center.
This series of pumps has the advantages of small size, small footprint, low noise, no radial force generated during radial guide vane operation, stable operation, high efficiency, and few exposed parts.
(3) Multi stage submersible pump transmission
The multi-stage submersible pump is driven by an outdoor vertical explosion-proof motor installed on the motor frame through a coupling, and the pump rotates counterclockwise when viewed from the motor end.
(4) Multi stage submersible pump shaft seal
The multi-stage submersible pump adopts a packing seal with a low-pressure outlet shaft structure, which is safe, reliable, and leak free.
(5) Underwater multi-stage pump bearings and balancing device
The upper part of the pump shaft is supported by double row radial thrust ball bearings, and the lower part of the pump shaft is supported by wear-resistant alloy sliding bearings. The axial force of the pump is balanced by the balance drum or balance hole, and the residual axial force is,
Supported by the upper bearing. The upper bearing is lubricated with grease or thin oil, while the sliding bearing is lubricated by the conveyed medium.
(6) The material of the multi-stage submersible pump can be selected according to different media of the user, such as ductile iron QT600-3 stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti or cast iron HT200.
